Upside down postures, which are widely used in Yoga, Aerial Yoga and more, have multiple benefits:

Initially, the arms, shoulders and whole body are strengthened.

They deal with stress immediately and effectively.

They improve our digestive function and mood by regulating the hormonal system, help us overcome many of our fears and gain more confidence, reduce toxins and increase sexual desire.

Certainly the vertical lesson is more demanding than the rest. But it is not forbidden! The first step is hidden in technique and then in endurance! Students should be taught proper techniques, breathing control and in combination with endurance (which as we practice gets better), will be able to attend classes without any problems.
