Guided by Yamas, we have chosen programs and exercise methods that meet the requirements of modern life, always listening to your trends and needs.

The various styles of Yoga and Pilates aim at improving the Physical Abilities (eg strength, flexibility, agility) as well as the aerobic capacity, with the ultimate goal of achieving the individual goals of each member.

Όλοι διατεθειμένοι να σε βοηθήσουν να μάθεις μέσα από την πρακτική τι είναι yoga αλλά πρωτίστως να μάθεις να αγαπάς και να ακούς τον εαυτό σου. Η Ειρήνη ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος, με το χαμόγελο πάνω από όλα αλλά και την επαγγελματική της στάση, η οποία έχει καταφέρει να φτιάξει μια πολύ δυνατή ομάδα Σοφιάνα - Πάνος - Χρήστος που όλοι μαζί θα σε βοηθήσουν να ανακαλύψεις το ταξίδι αυτό προς yoga. Και φυσικά σε μία ομάδα πρέπει να υπάρχει και αυτός που κρατάει τις "κολώνες" για να μην καταρρεύσει, σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ Μαρίνα που πάντα μας εξυπηρετείς και είσαι πάντα εκεί να βρεις λύσεις με την θετική σου ενέργεια. Αν ξεκινησουμε πρωτα απ το χωρο ειναι ενα ιδιαίτερα" ζεστο " περιβαλλον ...πολυ ατμοσφαιρικο ....πολυ καθαρο με εκλεπτισμενο γουστο και αισθητικη. Οσο για την Ειρηνη ...τι να πω ειναι η προσωποποιηση της θετικης ενεργειας...εππαγελματιας...διδακτικη πολυ...και παντα με χαμογελο ! Λατρευω να πηγαινω στο Yama yoga και το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα !!!
